“Somebody should do something”
Geneva Development is not your typical big commercial developer. We are locals. As longtime Joplin residents, we used to drive down Main Street and look at the sad, dilapidated buildings on the 800 and 900 blocks. We could see what they had been and envision what they could be. We always said “Somebody should do something about those.”
Little did we know at the time, somebody was us. Now, as we have completed our second historic renovation and begin the third, we are excited to see the area right around those properties home to new construction, new investment and new vibrancy.
We look forward to continuing to make a difference in our community by accepting the challenge of a property in disrepair and a neighborhood in need of hope. We will continue to #choosejoplin and hope you do too.
