Built in 1901, the Willard Hotel served as residents for locals and travelers alike for over a century. While worn down and not well maintained, the beauty of the building was still there in 2016 when we purchased it.

After a complete renovation, the building offers beautiful light-filled living spaces over classy and fresh commercial space. We are excited to show you this Cinderella story of a building!

The upper level has six one-bedroom apartments. First floor units include three retail spaces facing Main Street and two garden units with rear entrance off a shared patio space.
